That's okay. Some moms check in daily, some weekly, some just lurk and read. There's no pressure to be super active. Even just reading other moms' questions and wins helps you feel less alone. Participate as much or as little as you want. Plus all Q&A calls are recorded so you can watch when you have time.
Nope. Share what you're comfortable with. Some moms post progress pics, some don't. Some share their real names, some use nicknames. This is a judgment-free zone where you control what you share. No pressure to overshare.
There are moms starting the program every week, so you'll always have people at your stage. Plus the community is organized by topic (not by week), so you can ask questions and get help regardless of where you are in the program. Week 1 or Week 12, there's support for you.
I respond in batches 3-4 times per week in the #ask-miranda channel. So you might post Monday morning and get a response Monday afternoon, or you might post Friday night and get a response Sunday. Either way, you're not waiting weeks for email responses. Plus other moms often jump in with their experiences too.
Then don't! Seriously. Some of our most successful members never post a single thing — they just read what others post, watch the call replays, and apply the advice. You get value either way. But I will say, the moms who participate tend to stay accountable longer. No pressure though.
No, it's on Discord (which is way better for community organization). Think of it like Slack but friendlier. Channels are organized by topic: #supply-safe-weight-loss, #what-are-you-eating, #body-image-support, #ask-miranda, etc. Much easier to find what you need than scrolling through a Facebook feed.
